Emotional Mastery & Energetic Sovereignty
The First Sphere of the Path Of Remembrance
What Is Emotional Mastery
Feeling It All Without Emotions Controlling You
Emotional Mastery is feeling one’s emotions without letting them influence one’s decisions, life path, and direction.
As we master our emotions, we stop being reactive, triggered, and pulled in various directions emotionally.
Instead, we can come back to who we truly are and view emotions as messengers rather than guides.
Emotional Mastery is the first step on the Path of Remembrance as we begin to remember our true self – Original Self.
What Is Energetic Sovereignty
Energetic Sovereignty is a consequence of emotional mastery and its subsequent deepening as we learn to intentionally conduct our energy and its expressions.
Within Energetic Sovereignty lies our ability to set a clear direction for our life – mastering our life force and equal energy exchange (further deepened within the sphere of Wealth & Life Force).
Our ability to create equal sovereign relationships as we stop viewing them as a source of something and instead connect to the inner source (this is deepened within the sphere of Masculine & Feminine Energy).
The Three Stages of Emotional Healing
The First Stage of Emotional Healing
Emotional mastery happens in three distinct healing stages.
As we start to remember who we truly are, we first begin to heal emotionally from conditioning and patterns rooted in wounding and ego.
At this stage, we feel it all, every emotional pattern that has seeped into the subconscious mind comes to the surface to be felt and released.
Emotions are energy in motion, and therefore, the emotion completes its cycle in our emotional body only after we feel it, no matter how long it has been locked in the subconscious mind.
Emotional healing helps us release who we are not and align with our truth and Original Self. Therefore, it’s common to experience a complete identity shift during the first stage.
The Second Stage of Emotional Healing
Emotional Stabilization and Inner Stability
The second stage of emotional healing is emotional stabilization. After we’ve worked through the main key patterns rooted in ego, conditioning, and fears, we’re now able to find inner stability and equilibrium.
Although in the first stage of emotional healing, we may feel that every emotion is the ultimate truth and often base our decisions on them, in the second stage, we learn to develop an inner quiet, stable core amidst emotions.
Emotions Rooted In the Soul versus In Wounding
We no longer believe that every emotion is an ultimate truth as we learn to discern emotions rooted in the soul from emotions rooted in wounding and ego.
Emotions rooted in the soul are steady states of being that I call feelings. Unlike emotions, feelings are unchangeable and, therefore, can be trusted.
Emotions rooted in the wounding are lessons to be understood and integrated; they point us in the right direction, but they may not be the ultimate truth.
At the second stage of emotional healing, we learn to hold two distinct states of consciousness simultaneously. We can feel the steady undercurrent of peace while noticing the turbulent surface emotion of overwhelm. We don’t associate with overwhelm; we understand it’s just an emotion that passes.
The Third Stage of Emotional Healing
Moving From Inner Core; Not Wounding
The third stage of emotional healing is rooting ourselves in the steady states of being rather than the surface emotions, and moving from who we truly are.
At this stage, we learn to hold steady emotional energy within and let the surface emotions pass by without attaching stories to them. This allows us to feel everything while being anchored in our core, and then to move from our inner truth, not from our perception of the truth.
We’re no longer reactive, triggered, or tied to others’ emotional reactions. Instead, we move steadily and consistently from our inner core.
This is where our life force energy stabilizes, and we can consistently apply it toward our purpose instead of leaking it into distractions and living from outgrown patterns.
Misinterpretation of Empathy
A common misconception of empathy is that everything we feel about others is true. Our emotional interpretation of what we assume others must be going through seems correct to us in the early stages of emotional healing.
However, as we enter emotional mastery, we can now understand that many of our interpretations were merely our projected emotional states onto others. We imagine and feel what we assume someone must feel, based on how we’d feel in their shoes. This may be correct or not.
As we enter the third stage of emotional healing, our ability to read and interpret external emotions and energies increases. We no longer merge energetically with them; instead, we can witness them without projecting our experience onto them.
In other words, we can feel more deeply and more precisely without energetically merging with the other person’s energy.
Bridging the Heart and the Mind
Sorting Through Illusions
As we move through the three stages, which is the initial stage of the Path of Remembrance, the heart and the mind find coherence. They no longer go in opposite directions. We no longer need to analyze what makes logical sense versus what we feel in the heart.
The coherence of the heart and the mind allows us to move from the Lightworker stage into the Priestess (Priest) stage.
A common experience during the bridging phase is a twin flame connection, sorting through romantic illusions, realizing our true path, moving away from the conditioned path, and slowly realizing our purpose.
Wounding-Based Intuition versus True Intuition
Intuition Never Lies; But It May Not Be What You Think
As the mind and the heart find coherence, we face “tests” of intuition. Many people experience a kind of disillusionment: they believed they’d followed their heart, but it turned out to be a wounding.
From the experience of a Spiritual Mentor and Soul Healer, some people may get stuck in this phase for decades. They are given “spiritual tests” which are truly just purification phases to align themselves with their true selves, their Original Self. And they fall into the same illusions over and over again, believing they follow intuition when, in fact, it’s the ego.
Wounding-Based Intuition versus True Intuition
In the initial stages of emotional healing, what appears to be intuition is often unprocessed trauma, wounding, conditioning, and ego. It feels real because we can feel it strongly in the body, our mind pointing to that piece of guidance over and over again. However, the purpose is to purify it from the system rather than treat it as truth.
In these stages, it may be beneficial to work with a trusted mentor, someone who can hold a strong mirror and guide you to who you truly are.
True intuition and soul-based inner guidance are also present. However, it may be felt just as an initial glimpse, an idea, a feeling before we begin process it through the mind. This is where we typically move from the original pure intuition into the wounding-based intuition.
Another layer that colors our intuition is the preference for what we think is true, or the mixing of our own desires and wishes with information.
Depending on whether someone recognizes the source of their intuition, people may start to distrust guidance from the heart. However, on the Path of Remembrance, we deepen our connection to the heart by discerning intuition from ego.
Embodied Expression: Lightworker & Priestess
The embodied expression of the sphere of Emotional Mastery is Lightworker and Priestess. These are states of consciousness, developmental stages of the soul as we remember our Original Self rather than identities.
The mastered Lightworker stage would look like someone who has truly worked through their patterning and conditioning, moved through their illusions, and fully aligned with their soul’s blueprint.
Lightworker is the initial stage of the Path of Remembrance, where we begin the process of emotional healing, which we finalize in the Priestess stage and fully embody in the Inner Leader stage, as taught in Spiritual Leadership.
In the Priestess or Priest stage of the Path of Remembrance, we fully harmonize our inner masculine and feminine energies, thereby finalizing the process of heart-mind coherence. Here we begin to trust the heart, having fully sorted through the illusions.
In the Leader stage, we use the inner emotional mastery and energetic sovereignty as a foundation for living our mission in the world. We’re deepening our self-leadership and learning to conduct ourselves in harmony with Original Self.
The School of Remembrance covers the full arc of moving from Lightworker to Priestess to Leadership on a practical, embodied level.
