The Path of Remembrance
Returning to the Original Self
What the Path of Remembrance Is
The Path of Remembrance
The Path of Remembrance is the return to the Original Self.
The return to who we truly are on the deepest level through embodying our core energy, consciousness and living it out in our lives.
The Path of Remembrance is initiated when the soul is ready to integrate the experiences gathered over lifetimes and remember your true self as created by Source, without personal or collective distortion.
Your true self transcends time and space; therefore, it is eternal and unchangeable. It is who you are before anything else was created.
Remembrance as Ascension Journey
The Path of Remembrance is similar to an ascension journey or enlightenment. However, remembrance of your Original Self isn’t about climbing a ladder; it’s a cyclical return to who you truly are, through tapping into your soul’s wisdom, expressing your essence in the world, and starting with your own.
Instead of a staircase to heaven, it’s about bringing heaven to earth by becoming the starway itself.
Returning to the Original Self
The Original Self refers to the Source-rooted state of being that exists before conditioning, identity, collective templating and distortion.
It’s the original, pure state, through which we were first created as independent, infinite beings by Source (God, Creator).
The Original Self Expressed Through Essence
The Original Self carries a primordial, pure essence which is untouched by the world. As we remember who we truly are, we begin to become more aware of our true essence.
As we walk the Path of Remembrance, we begin to express our essence in in the world by the way we speak, act, choose, and live our mission.
We remember our essence and gently merge with it through the stages of Remembrance until our everything in our lives carries an imprint of the essence.
One can think of the essence as a medium between us and our Original Self.
Tapping into the energy of our essence while accessing increasingly more remembrance, memories, from our Original Self is the spiritual architecture of the Path of Remembrance.
The Original Self Across Traditions
Many traditions describe this state — e.g., Higher Self, Christ Self — but the essence is the same.
The Original Self can be understood as the highest level of consciousness we can attain while in a human form.
Stages of Remembrance
Stages of Spiritual Awakening and Ascension
The Path of Remembrance, although individual, follows a specific rhythm — stages of soul remembrance.
During each stage, you gradually regain inner authority over different aspects of your true self through remembrance and lived experience.
Each stage is rooted in a different state of consciousness. The states of consciousness can be viewed as stages of remembrance within the individual soul remembering its Original Self.
The remembering soul cyclically travels through the stages of remembrance – the spheres of influence as it’s returning to Original Self. The primordial state of consciousness.
The Path of Remembrance
The 6 Spheres of Influence of the Path
As we walk the Path of Remembrance, the soul remembering its Original Self naturally moves through six foundational spheres of influence.
By traveling through the spheres of influence, we gain inner authority, remember our sovereignty, and step into spiritual mastery.
Self-mastery obtained through the Path allows us to translate who we truly are into our lives and, as a natural consequence, into our mission.
By first mastering ourselves, then translating that mastery into our mission, and subsequently letting our essence and mission ripple through the world, we help restore heaven on earth. One remembering soul at a time.
The journey begins within, moving through the stages of Remembrance, gradually mastering the six spheres of influence.
As remembrance deepens, each sphere returns to coherence in its own rhythm, guided by the Original Self rather than external direction.
The six spheres of influence are outlined below.
I.
Emotional & Energetic Mastery
Staying energetically grounded in who you are, rather than basing your energy on circumstances and other people.
Working with your emotions from a sovereign, integrated state so your heart stays open, without your emotions ruling your decisions and life direction.
Moving from true deep feelings versus wound-based emotions.
Mastering your astral energy to release illusions.
A return to living from the soul’s wisdom rather than conditioning.
Through mastering this sphere, one becomes guided from within, setting the stage to remember who you truly are.
The sphere of Emotional Mastery is expressed through the Lightworker stage.
II.
Source Consciousness & Original Self
This is the heart of the Path of Remembrance.
A gradual deepening of your connection to Source Consciousness.
A deepening and remembrance of your true self, your Original Self.
As we return to Original Self, we gradually move through all 6 spheres of influence expressed through 5 states of consciousness.
Embodiment of the Soul and Higher Self, and translating it into life and mission.
Stabilization in the state of the True Self, prior to identity or conditioning.
The sphere of Original Self is expressed through the coherence of all stages.
III.
Spiritual Sovereignty & Soul Power
Returning to a pure, Source-led power and away from ego-based power.
Gradual healing of a relationship with inner power, the fear of misusing power, or outsourcing power.
A conscious deepening of inner authority, assuming responsibility, and aligning our actions with our mission.
Stepping into one’s own spiritual sovereignty and learning to be with others without losing a sense of self.
Learning to create with others from an inner sovereign space.
The Spiritual Sovereignty and Soul Power sphere is expressed through the Lightworker and Inner Leader stage.
IV.
Spiritual Leadership
Leading yourself through healing and integrating soul wounds blocking you from sharing your gifts with the world in the way your Original Self intends you to.
Self-leadership through walking your talk, embodying your essence in your mission and life, and navigating life challenges from a place of inner power.
As you lead yourself – its outward expression – your mission naturally deepens and crystallizes.
That leads to a new level of refinement of any subconscious programming around being seen for who you truly are and standing in your truth.
Crystallizing and living out your mission publicly.
The Spiritual Leadership sphere is expressed through the Inner Leader stage.
V.
Masculine & Feminine Embodiment & Sacred Union
The integration of inner feminine and masculine energies within sitting on a symbolic throne of one’s own life, restoring a sense of inner union and harmony.
Translating your essence into every chapter of your life, so that when someone looks at your life, they can see your essence radiating through every detail.
Stepping into inner feminine power or masculine power so that one energy supports and leads the other in a united manner.
Creating an outer, Sacred Union through equal, committed, sovereign partnership.
Deepening your inner self-leadership through embodiment.
This sphere of Masculine and Feminine Embodiment is expressed through the Priestess or Priest stage.
VI.
Wealth Energetics & Life Force
Within this sphere, wealth is understood as a consequence of energetic coherence, not a pursuit.
Learning to fully master the circulation of the life force from the inner world to outer expression in a coherent way with one’s essence and life mission.
Consequently, this creates, restores, and amplifies wealth, as money is an external expression of our mastery of life force.
Learning to hold a large mass of energy from a sovereign, clean, contained space.
Mastering equal energetic exchange through relationships.
The Wealth sphere is expressed through the Lightworker, Inner Leader, and Master stages.

The Path of Remembrance
The States of Consciousness of the Soul Remembrance
As we gradually gain mastery of the 6 spheres of influence along the Path of Remembrance, we simultaneously move through 5 distinct states of consciousness.
As the soul in human form is remembering the Original Self, from the soul’s perspective, these represent stages of soul development. The soul gains greater inner authority and grows, layer by layer, into its original form: a true self.
From the perspective of the Original Self, these are various layers within itself. Each represents a different aspect, an outward embodied expression of the Original Self.
Another way to view the states of consciousness is as embodied expressions of one or more overlapping spheres of influence.
1. Lightworker
The initiatory phase, the Lightworker, is defined by a heart chakra awakening, connecting to the soul, remembering soul gifts, for some accessing soul memories from past life, inner emotional healing, and the beginning stage of soul embodiment.
2. Starseed
The second state of consciousness a soul remembers along the Path of Remembrance is the Starseed. This, however, may not be the case for every remembering soul.
The Starseed state of consciousness is characterized by gaining a multidimensional awareness, a significant expansion of energy bodies, and deepening one’s spiritual gifts by connecting to aspects of self that exist in higher dimensions (solar systems).
3. Priestess or Priest
The Priestess or Priest state of consciousness is the full integration and embodiment of your essence and what you’ve learned so far. Naturally, it brings the inner masculine and feminine energies into coherence, where one supports the other without dominating it.
This naturally sets an energetic foundation for creating equal, sovereign, committed relationships.
4. Inner Leader
The Inner Leader is the next embodied expression of a soul remembrance. This is where the inner energy is outwardly expressed through a mission. There is a new wave of refinement and healing as the soul moves through subconscious beliefs about being visible, leading, and speaking one’s truth.
5. Master
The last stage is Master. Master is the unification of the four previous stages. This is where you remember your Original Self completely, and your life shifts from self-focused, which is defined by learning and knowing oneself, to a service focus as the remembrance is complete, and you give back to the collective.
At this point, your body of work becomes distinct and unique, shaped by your essence. This is where the Original Self begins to lead the way.
Why Do We Have To Remember?
The Illusion of Separation
We remember our true selves because of the illusion of separation that seemingly disconnects us from the Original Self.
The illusion of separation helps us focus on the themes the individuated soul wants to experience and explore.
It allows us to narrow our attention, follow intuition, and respond to the subtle breadcrumbs that guide our lived experience in human form.
The illusion of separation is a mechanism of focus. It allows the soul to enter experience fully, to commit to form, and to explore particular themes without distraction from the infinite.
The illusion of separation is the beginning of intentional forgetting of the Original Self.
The Forgetting and Remembrance Cycles
Initially, as we exist in a pure state of Original Self, our consciousness simultaneously occupies all dimensions — all spaces, times, and beyond. In that state, there is no separation from who we truly are or from Source. Our remembrance is complete.
However, at some point, we willingly, by our free choice, desire to expand by narrowing our focus down on selected experiences and entering them, rather than simply viewing them.
This begins to create the illusion of separation. We enter the experience and, for a while, remove all other possibilities and simultaneous states of consciousness existing within the Original Self.
This journey of intentional forgetting can be likened to focusing on understanding how a human heart functions and, for a moment, forgetting the rest of the body. Once we understand the heart’s full function, we begin to examine how it relates to the rest of the body. This is where the path of remembrance begins.
Multidimensional Consciousness
The Original Self naturally has multidimensional consciousness – an awareness of itself across all dimensions of time and space.
As it enters the illusion of separation more fully, it begins a journey of narrowing awareness, eventually focusing primarily on the 3D realm through the human body.
Since focus operates as a spectrum of awareness, even in the 3D form, we are also simultaneously aware of the 4D – the realm of energetics, emotions, and illusions, and the 5D – the realm of the unification and activation of the spiritual heart.
Imagine a 12-storey building, each representing a separate dimension. The Original Self occupies all floors at once. However, through the forgetting, it narrows its focus on specific floors, getting to know and explore each one individually.
Therefore, the illusion of separation is always intentional, never a mistake. It’s a sovereign choice of the Original Self.
Why Remembering Is Always on Time
Why Remembering Is Always on Time — Never Too Early
When the soul begins to remember its Original Self by gradually exploring the six spheres of influence, the return to the Original Self begins.
In our example of the 12-storey building, we begin to expand our consciousness and travel through the floors from bottom to top.
However, this doesn’t strictly have to be a linear journey.
Dimensions, representing different states of consciousness, can intersect at a particular time opening. Thus, we may remember an aspect of the Original Self suddenly, without prior inner work.
However, we typically need inner work to consistently move and create from the energy of the Original Self.
The forgetting — the full immersion into the illusion of separation — needs to be complete. Only when we forget the Original Self entirely do we enter the experience fully as a soul.
There is no need to awaken someone; it always happens organically, at the appointed time, once the forgetting is complete.
The reason for complete forgetting is twofold. One is to gain the most from the experience by fully immersing oneself in it. Two is that when the Original Self initiates the path of remembrance for the soul, there is some wisdom through the lived experience that serves the collective.
Forgetting and remembering are thus mechanisms for gaining inner authority and bringing the wisdom to the collective.
If we didn’t forget completely, the wisdom wouldn’t gain the inner authority accessible only through lived experience.
This wisdom appears naturally at the right time. It crystallizes through all journeys across time and space, and it is then that many feel called to give back to the collective. This can take many forms, each unique to the Original Self.
The Cyclical Nature of the Path
The Path of Remembrance is not something to complete or move through once.
It unfolds through lived experience — through choices, integration, and the gradual restoration of inner authority. It’s the moment-to-moment embodiment.
Each dimension of the Path is revisited as life deepens, not to repeat what was learned, but to embody it more fully. To express one’s essence more precisely.
Often, we are deepening our embodiment of multiple spheres at once.
One or two spheres may be in the foreground, while others continue integrating in the background, each strengthening the inner authority that naturally supports the next.
The spheres you are moving through express themselves organically in your life, always guided by the Original Self.
These initiations into deeper understanding do not require an external force, ceremony, or ritual.
They awaken as remembrance — as an inner calling within the soul — and life itself mirrors this process, drawing your attention to what is ready to be integrated in each chapter.
However, remaining in the energy of the Original Self typically requires inner healing and integration work.
How is Enlightenment Understood Within the Path
Enlightenment, ascension, and the full remembrance of the Original Self are all identical terms.
Even though remembrance is a cyclical path in which we revisit each sphere of influence, the spheres unify at the Master state of consciousness.
One can think about it as moving through 6 spheres and gradually rooting oneself in their center. By remaining in the heart of the Path, we don’t walk the Path directly; rather, we govern the flow of the states of consciousness held within the spheres.
It’s like becoming the sun of a solar system, where previously we’d journey to each planet repeatedly to understand its functions and how best to steward it. Now we can become the sun that illuminates them and directs their trajectory through our lives.
What Is Enlightement
When we become enlightened, we remember the Original Function given to us by God, Source.
Consequently, remaining distorted beliefs and illusions fall away, and we know exactly who we are, this time not as a concept, but as true remembrance that we can practically translate into our lives.
At this point, the Original Self isn’t a theory; it’s a deeply felt, practical experience of clarity and peace, where the veil and the illusion of separation lift.
The experience of enlightenment feels like purification of the highest degree. Tears, an unwavering peace, and strength can often accompany it.
How Enlightenment Differs from Integration Along the Path
When we experience enlightenment, we always know. It can’t be missed.
Unlike a profoundly shifting spiritual experience along the Path, there is no more searching after the full remembrance of Original Self—only its embodiment.
There are no more questions, no uncertainty, no more healing.
Unlike before, when we were still propelled to search, heal, and remember, the journey now feels complete.
Although we now clearly remember our Original Self and the Original Function is revealed to us, we still have a free choice about whether to live from that knowing.
What Is the Original Function
As we experience the enlightenment – fully remember the Original Self – we are revealed our Original Function.
The Original Function is now a fully united domain of influence over what was given to us to steward by Source (God).
It unifies the six spheres of influence, guiding us in understanding how to use each one and to what degree, so that overall harmony prevails.
As the Original Function is revealed as a natural consequence of remembering, we’re given a choice to devote ourselves entirely to it. This becomes the driving force behind one’s mission.
The individual who has remembered their Original Self devotes the rest of their life to transmitting, sharing, teaching, and giving back what was given to them as a natural consequence of enlightenment.
However, there is no sense of rush, obligation, only a deep peace and clarity.
The Emanation After Enlightenment
Even after we reach a state called enlightenment – the complete remembrance of the Original Self – we continue deepening our spheres of influence, now moving from individual impact to collective influence.
Our energy begins to emit rather than consume and receive, as in the state before enlightenment. Like the sun shining its rays into the sky, our energy now begins to influence the collective.
From an energetic standpoint, we’re now complete, and we emanate the consciousness of the Original Self.
Over an arch of life, this emanation influences the collective. It leads a trail for others to follow, regardless of the level of external success.
The revelations and wisdom we are given form a unique body of work over a lifetime. This is what some traditions also call the Ascended Master.
The Ego After Enlightenment
One common misconception is that after enlightenment, there is no ego. One is perfect, purified, and final.
However, this is incorrect. Even when we fully remember our Original Self, we still have the ego. We still can choose to follow its path or not. However, typically, we don’t.
The only difference is that the revelation we were given, restoring our Original Function, is stronger than our still existing ego.
We still go through growth. However, the focus has now shifted to how to translate what we were given back to the collective.
The Original Function guides us. It reveals the right timing, degree, and form for giving back. But we are still the same imperfect humans, only we no longer search; we emit.
We still deepen our authority over the six spheres of influence; however, now they feel like a unified domain guiding us rather than testing us.
Walking the Path of Remembrance
The Path of Remembrance isn’t only a philosophy – it’s a practical way to express your essence in the world and remember your true self.
Inside the School of Remembrance, this path is structured, practical, and led through healing, remembrance, and embodiment of each state of consciousness.
