I’ve guided people to remember who they truly are for the past 13 years, giving me the pleasure of reading the journeys of hundreds of souls across lifetimes, and this is the common thread I see.
To remember who you truly are is the most practical thing you’ll ever do. Yes, it takes patience and time. But it grants you access to your soul’s wisdom, which will speed up your evolution in a way nothing else can.
What Is Soul Remembrance?
Soul remembrance means accessing wisdom, memories, skills, and lessons learned that you normally wouldn’t have access to. It grants you a superpower. As you remember who you truly are, you begin to operate in the soul time – quantum time – and grow exponentially instead of moving in the linear, predictable fashion.
Imagine that you could see your soul’s journey across different lifetimes and dimensions. If you zoom out, you can see the common thread that binds them all.
Instead of the traditional notion that everyone has experienced everything, I see a specialization of souls. Your soul has been mastering certain qualities with a common goal. Those lifetimes aren’t random; there is a design intrinsically woven into them. Each time you view the area of your soul specialization from a different angle. This allows you to master that specific aspect of your soul.
You’ve been following a common theme across all lifetimes. Now, it’s time you remember it.
When you remember who you truly are, you remember the common soul patterns across your key lifetimes. It may look something like this.
Say that your key lifetimes were similar; you were a Spiritual Leader during the Golden Age of Atlantis. You were a pharaoh in ancient Egypt. You were a Pope in the early 8th century, right at the beginning. Even though those lifetimes may seem disconnected. They aren’t. You’ve been learning how to lead with integrity. How to trust your guidance over external ones. You’ve been learning how to discern the truth from fantasy.
And in this life you can become an exceptional heart-based leader, a role model, for the New Age we’re collectively bridging into. Having access to these memories and lessons can greatly benefit you.
How to Access Your Soul Memories
There are many ways you can remember who you truly are and access your soul memories. It’s an ability I’ve always had, but over the last decade I’ve developed my own technique that lets me take my clients there with me. To see and feel what I read for them. For some, to activate the same ability they can use for the rest of their life. And to work with and integrate the soul fragments and access the wisdom of that lifetime.
This is what soul remembrance looks like practically. It isn’t some wild process. But a steady, predictable journey you can use to intentionally access more of your soul wisdom to apply it in your life. Because none of it matters if you can’t actually use it.
That being said, you can access your soul memories as you strengthen your connection to your soul. This is a muscle that you can exercise. A bridge you can build. That’s why I’ve created my Aurora Membership to help people embody their souls.
Why Integrating Your Soul Fragments is Essential
When you understand the soul lessons and integrate back your soul fragment, which energetically stayed connected to that life, you begin to remember something. Something of value, something that helps you tremendously in this life. You remember something that can’t be found in the books or through any teacher. It comes from within your own soul.
When you integrate the soul fragment, it begins transmitting the wisdom of that lifetime to your current self. That wisdom serves you more than any general well-meant advice. It’s like visiting a village you grew up in, remembering your way around without a map. You remember that boulder hidden in the forest most people miss. You remember the way the sun angles through the sky before setting behind a mountain. It’s all in your memory, even if you haven’t thought about it since. You still remember it all.
This is what it feels like to remember your soul’s journey across lifetimes. You seek the common thread. You remember the patterns. The ebbs and flows. The mastery you’ve been striving for so that you don’t need to begin from scratch. As if you actually could. Because you aren’t a tabula rasa. You’re a book filled with chapters of adventures that help you to remember where to go next.
Why Only You Can Bring This Wisdom Back
In my soul readings with my clients, I’ve noticed something incredible. Some would experience lifetimes where the collective consciousness fell. Think the aftermath of the Golden Ages throughout ancient civilizations. Naturally, they wouldn’t “succeed” in what their soul aspired to. At least not on the surface.
But they’d have access to some wisdom.
An example that comes to mind is a priest who is a royal Scribe and has access to hidden wisdom. As we work together, that forgotten knowledge starts resurfacing. And then they write those forgotten books again in this life. But this time around, they won’t be forgotten. They’ll reach the right people who need access to that wisdom. And through that, the wisdom is preserved. It was never lost. What if the soul incarnated there was the only mechanism for preserving the wisdom, knowing they’d come back and remember?
After experiencing this predictability as almost a clockwork with most of my clients, I realized: What if your past life self experienced something so that your current self could not only use it but also bring it forward in this life?
I believe you experienced something as an insurance policy so it wouldn’t have been forgotten. You’re the bridge by remembering it. That’s why you were around true spiritual wisdom, to come back and remember it. You can bring that wisdom back.
And through acting on it in this life, you can go beyond the ceiling of your past lives. You create your soul’s legacy.
The wisdom, then, isn’t forgotten. It continues living through you. Through your soul embodiment.
You Must Follow The Soul Breadcrumbs
The last piece of advice on soul remembrance is that you must follow the breadcrumbs. It’s not enough to recognize them; you must take aligned action. Your soul will tell you to travel there, hire that coach, heal this, and not trust this person, and by acting on it, you remember who you truly are. It’s like following a thread woven through your life that carries your soul blueprint.
When you act on the soul breadcrumb before the mind talks you out of it, you begin to experience quantum leaps in your life.
