Remembering who you truly are is more about letting go than adding something new. Your true self is nothing you can conceptualize; it’s something you need to feel. It’s a frequency within, and once you hit it, your life begins to flow in the right direction. It’s like a string originating in Source the moment your soul was gifted Life, and that string has traveled with you through all your lifetimes. That string carries your soul’s memories, gifts, and wisdom you’ve harnessed.
Remembering Who You Truly Are
To me, remembering who you truly are is both a feeling and a tangible thing. It’s not about having a definition that says, “This is me.” Nor is it about an identity to embody. It’s more releasing of old identities. Letting go of the conditioning and fears that keep you from creating your dreamed life.
To hit that frequency that carries your true self. To feel the energy that opens up your body and release your soul’s memories. And to step out of time and space to the field of pure potentiality where your infinite being resides.
Remembering who you truly are is both a feeling and a knowing. It begins by tapping into that feeling that says, “This is who I actually am. I’ve always been this. But somehow have forgotten. When I feel this, I have clarity, I’m courageous, I know exactly what I’m to do in my life. There is no fear, just a perfect alignment with my truth.”
And so you begin to act. You change your life and finally move in the right direction without doubts. And you either find your purpose or deepen it. There is undeniable positive momentum. People can feel it in your presence, and they want to be a part of it. And this way it becomes contagious. The more you embody and act on that feeling, the more you activate it within others.
Where the Past Meets the Present
But there is another part to remembering who you truly are. This part comes much later. That which has started as a feeling becomes a knowing, certainty. Imagine you know your key past lives. The lives your soul has experienced that are formative to who you have become. The lives where you were in a position of power, where your gifts were fully activated, the lives of profound bravery, love, and innovation.
If you could remember all of it, wouldn’t it be much easier to continue with your mission? As someone who has done hundreds of past life regressions, I disagree that everyone has been everything in their past lives. It’s not the reality I see. What I see is that the “old souls” specialize in their lives. They select experiences that help them master their overall mission, which spans those lifetimes. In each life, they gain some wisdom, understanding that eventually helps them excel in their mission. When you remember those pieces, it becomes easier.
You can apply your soul’s wisdom, gifts, and lessons in your current life without having to learn from scratch. Because the truth is, you’re not a beginner, you’re a master in the making.
Is it necessary to remember your key past lives to remember who you truly are? No, it’s not, although it may be invaluable. But even without the knowledge of your key past lives, life always guides you back to knowing your true self. Pay attention to the signs.
The Last Remembrance is Given To You
Yet remembering who you truly are goes beyond the feeling, beyond remembering your soul’s journey, it ties back to the origin – the Source. This one is the most difficult to describe and may sound too airy-fairy, but if you’ve experienced it, you know. And this blog is incomplete without sharing it.
There is a remembrance that you “earn” through your choices, actions, your commitment to your purpose, and your true self. And then there is a remembrance that is given to you. It’s a revelation that comes unexpectedly, usually after the most enduring period when you’ve employed everything you’ve learned on your journey thus far.
This remembering of who you truly are feels like being restored. What I call the original function as given to you by the Creator is revealed to you. And that knowing changes everything in an instant. Beyond that, there is no more purpose for healing, just clarity and truth that restores everything. Trutfully, there are no more questions beyond that.
Some call this enlightenment. Some call it ascension. I call it remembrance.
The Right Energy Creates Space for Your True Self
Remembering who you truly are isn’t mental gymnastics. You can’t figure it out through the mind. But there is a certain energy that allows the space for the remembrance to come forth. When you’re ready to tap into that space, your soul will somehow guide you there.
In my work, I take people to that place. I’ve always felt people’s true selves, and I hold that space for them to tap into it, too. To remember who they truly are. And I can see how little by little, their true selves come forth. They shine through people’s eyes. They guide their steps. Something clicks within, and I know their soul will guide them from there on.
It’s not necessarily the teachings that I bring into my School of Remembrance; it’s the “energy exercises” I channel for people in real time, in sessions that take them into the space of remembrance.
It’s all about the energetics. The spark that creates an opening in your field and allows you to remember who you truly are. It’s the opening through which your true self can finally reach you.
This is my genius, and today I want to share a guided journey with you to release your doubts, worries, and everything you’re not. To prep the inner landscape. It starts with letting go of expectations – you don’t need a ceiling, you need a vast, limitless space.
