To grow spiritually, you need two things: inner healing and expansion through soul desires. We will eventually stagnate if we focus only on one side of spiritual growth. Inner healing involves releasing attachment to the past and integrating its lessons. Expansion involves growing into our future selves. It requires acting on our soul desires—the messages from the future self, the future that has already happened and is yet to be manifested.
We grow spiritually faster when we follow and act on the soul’s desires. To follow your soul desires, you operate at the soul frequency. This frequency feels like expansion while staying centered. It grows you spiritually as you continue following your desires and what lights you up. Without soul desires, we stagnate because we keep choosing the things we’ve already outgrown. It pulls the soul back into past timelines. (The key word in soul desires is “soul,” as we can act on the ego’s desires, too. This article discusses the difference).
Growing through your soul’s desires is the secret to successful people. Whether they do it consciously or not, they all have one thing in common – they act fast on the soul’s desires and inner guidance. This is also the secret to quantum leaping and fulfilling your potential. The people who don’t give space to their egos to talk them out of their soul’s desires move at lightspeed.
I’ve taught hundreds of students at my School of Remembrance my method of quantum leaping. And I’ve witnessed people changing careers, getting pay raises, getting married, having children, and quickly healing “incurable” illnesses. I can always tell who will step into their highest vision of themselves the fastest. It’s the ones who go entirely in. They move fast, and when the fear comes up – and it always does – they book a call, and we heal it quickly. And then the next expansion comes instantly. There is no waiting, no hesitation.
Acting on your soul’s desires isn’t superficial, as it may appear at first. Doing things differently takes tremendous courage, overcoming your fear and limitations, and leading your way. Therefore, you grow spiritually through soul desires fast. As you operate at your soul’s frequency, you need to update the idea of who you are and what you’re capable of all the time. And you keep pushing the edges of your comfort zone, developing trust in the visions your soul has been sending you about who you can become in this life. It’s not easy. Therefore, very few people choose to walk this path.
Everything you desire has already happened when the whole universe was created. At that point, it existed as a seed of potentiality. Since then, it has traveled through time and space to be manifested and acted upon. Your future self exists on a different timeline – a timeline that is yet to be manifest but exists in higher realms. Thus, your future self sends you the messages, aha moments, dreams, and your soul’s desires. As you act on them, the future becomes your present. (We can re-create the past similarly by tuning into the past timelines).
Like polishing your core through inner healing, you continue stretching your edges and expanding your universe.
When you act on your soul’s desires, you grow spiritually. Your future self is an expanded version of yourself that you have yet to grow into. Whenever a vision comes from your soul – which you likely feel through the heart chakra – it’s an invitation to grow spiritually. Your soul tells you you’ve been where you are for a while, and it’s time to move on, expand, and grow.
All your soul’s desires have already happened. They do exist. Therefore, you can move with certainty that it’s already done. Your soul’s desires choose you as much as you choose them. Even more. They want to be born through you. And if you don’t act on them, they’ll manifest through someone else. But sometimes, there is something – perhaps just one thing – that only you can bring to life, and if you don’t do it, it slows down the collective evolution.
Since the soul’s desires are messages from the future, they reveal how you’re meant to fulfill your purpose. Your soul desires are the signposts toward your fastest spiritual growth—your highest timeline. They reveal the person you’re here to become and how to channel all your potential into a physical form. Therefore, tapping into your soul’s desires for spiritual growth is essential. Without it, you keep looking toward the past timelines and stagnate spiritually.
However, there is the fear of becoming the person you know you’re here to become. There is nothing scarier than tapping into your pure potential. Because there is no one you can hide behind. As you grow spiritually, you’ll find yourself in a place where you have to take responsibility for yourself and others. You realize that no one else can do the work for you; you’re the one who manifests your dreams and visions for yourself and others. The change happens through you.
Therefore, to grow spiritually through soul desires, you must face the deepest fears that arise with who you are here to become. What is it that feels so scary that you choose stagnation instead? Is it a fear of death? A fear of being seen or misunderstood? Or is it a fear of the people you love walking away? Which part of you does go against where your soul leads you? And how many lifetimes do you need to finally get it and do the thing you know you have to do?
I’ve met very few people who have fully utilized their potential. The rest of the people still have hope and fear at once. They run away from and toward their soul desires and spiritual growth in equal measure. Most people sit and wait, hoping and dreaming of the one day that never comes. And although that is a choice, we all know it’s not satisfying.
Therefore, I want you to make the most significant commitment you’ll ever make – to become the person you’re here to become. To embrace and face everything that comes with it. I want you to continue pushing through your fears and reaching for who you could become. Because one day is the last, and all those fears will feel insignificant, you may wonder why you’ve never honestly tried going entirely in.
So, I invite you to close your eyes, tune out of the noise and energy of others until you feel your soul, and then let your soul show you your desires. Claim them. Completely. And then go and act. Do anything and everything it takes. Do you need support to become the person you are here to become? Then make it happen. Does your soul ask you to act? Then do it. Do you need to let go of something? Then, let it finally go and move on. All this is within your authority. Will you use it?
