How to heal others as a lightworker

The Highest Principle of Healing as a Lightworker

There are many ways of healing as a lightworker. Some people are physical healers in the old way, where you have to take in the pain of others, which can lead to sickness. Some are mental, emotional, and soul healers. Whichever way you heal as a lightworker, there are a few things to remember as you heal as a lightworker so that you don’t finance the healing with your life force.

The Highest Principle of Healing as a Lightworker

When healing as a lightworker, the healing unfolds through you. During the healing process, you become an empty vessel for the healing energy to flow where it needs to flow. Even though you think you know what and how to heal something, you never force or control it. The key is complete trust and surrender to God and your higher self.

When healing as a lightworker, you always invite higher energy into the process. This is your task in healing—you facilitate the space, establish and hold the connection and frequency high, and let the healing transpire through you. This is a very different approach than healing someone from the ego and fear. When you heal from the ego and try to control the healing, the result is short-lived, and you will likely take the symptoms into yourself. I could give hundreds of examples of the difference between healing someone through the ego, the higher self, and God. And I share some of them in the video below.

Healing from the Ego vs. Through God

I’ve seen people get sick after healing a family member or a friend. I’ve also seen people manifest similar challenges, feel worse, and have negative thoughts after healing someone from the ego. When the collective energy was denser in the past, healing someone by taking in their illness and dispersing it in your body was often helpful. However, it doesn’t have to be that way, and I would even argue whether it brings any long-term healing. This is not the actual healing; it’s only an energy transfer.

Imagine you are a healer for your family, friends, and community. Let’s say you heal four people a day for 50 years. This is entirely possible for many healers. What if you have a bad day and bring low energy into the healing? What if you deal daily with severe cases of people who were abused, have cancer, and so on?

The old way of healing that used to work would look like the healer eventually got sick himself. The healer would take in all those energies causing misalignment in people and alchemize it in themselves. This approach works in the short term. But the people you’ve “healed” will likely manifest a similar issue again. In this case, you donate the healing through your life force energy. Even if you’re really good at replenishing it instantly – which is something that can be trained- you become depleted, and the healing you bring will sometimes even be harmful.

In this case, you unconsciously heal people from your ego. Unintentionally, you play the role of God, forcing the healing because it’s better for others. You think you know the best, but what if you don’t? What if the person is not meant to heal just yet because they need to understand an essential lesson for their evolution, and if you healed them, something “worse” would manifest to get their attention? There are many reasons why what we think is the best might not be.

Instead, I invite you to learn to heal as a lightworker, not by using your life force energy but through becoming a perfect neutral, empty vessel through which the healing unfolds in the best possible way.

The Healing Triangle

I keep repeating to my students at the School of Remembrance the importance of becoming an empty vessel. You can—and should—train yourself to put your ego aside when performing healing. I invite you to practice this daily. When your family and friends come to “complain” to you about their problems, you’re in a healing session. Treat it like one. Set the space. Hold the energy. Become the vessel through which the healing unfolds. Train wherever you are. Become it.

In every healing instant, think of the healing triangle. There is you, the healer – the empty vessel. Then, there is the person receiving the healing – and they co-create with you through their Higher Self. Finally, there is the higher energy—ideally, Source energy—healing through you and your Higher Self.

When you heal as a lightworker, you stay in your own sacred space with your Pillar of Light activated. You activate it for the person receiving the healing. The healing itself happens in the middle – the merge of your, their, and the higher energy.

As a lightworker, this is a very different way of healing than taking it into your body. It violates another’s sovereignty and sacred space. As mentioned above, it’s only an energy transfer, making people dependent on you. Therefore, in my School of Remembrance, I’m adamant about helping people tap into their sovereignty, co-create, and teach them to do it rather than making them dependent on me.

Call In the Higher Instance

When healing as a lightworker, call the higher instance into every healing. The higher instance is your soul, higher self, and Source. Depending on what works for you at the moment, you can also call in archangels, let’s say, but I’d always recommend establishing a genuine connection to your soul, higher self, and God first.

It’s also helpful to realize that healing isn’t only defined by performing a healing session in an official setting. As a lightworker, you heal wherever you go. Therefore, it’s essential to approach healing with responsibility and master it. This will benefit you and others.

When you’re healing as a lightworker, as described above, you are energized, spacious, grounded, calm, peaceful, and neutral, and your mind is laser-sharp, seeing what needs to be said and done.  And most importantly, you don’t take in the energies of others. They are transmuted in the third energy – the merge of the three energies. Therefore, you can easily let go of other people’s problems as long as you finish the healing. It doesn’t keep you up at night, and there is no judgment. It just is what it is.

How Much Healing Can Someone Receive?

Whenever I heal, I tune into how much healing someone can receive in a session. Everyone will always say they are ready to heal and let go of their limitations, but it doesn’t mean they are in the space to receive it. Let’s say the body holds trauma, or they still need to understand the lesson of why something happened or their heart is shut down, etc.; all this and more impacts how open to receiving the healing someone is. Too much healing can even trigger more trauma responses.

And this is the beauty of healing as a lightworker using the Healing Triangle. It will ensure the person you’re healing as a lightworker will receive the exact amount of healing that benefits them in that moment. The remaining healing energy stays available to them in their astral bodies, which they will receive gradually. It’s not uncommon for someone to receive the full benefit of healing months and years after it was done. Therefore, the pressure is off you when healing as a lightworker. You show up, do your part, and let the rest unfold how it is meant to.
