Remember Your True Self: Activating the Wisdom You’ve Always Carried

Life isn’t about learning; it’s a journey to remember your true self. Like picking up a language you studied ten years ago, the knowledge of using semantics, grammar, and words is hidden in the recesses of your mind. If you put in the effort and time, you’ll recall it and add new knowledge, making you a better speaker than before.

What if life were like this? What if the only thing you really had to do was to remember your true self and then embody it?

Your soul invites you to discover the truth about yourself. This whole life is about remembering who you are on a deep soul level, tapping into it, embracing it, expressing it, and having fun with it.

It Already Exists, You Just Remember It

In my School of Remembrance, I’ve seen people remember their true selves, suddenly awaken, and deepen the gifts they’ve mastered in past lives. To an outsider, these gifts came out of the blue, without years or decades of study. They were already there. And these gifts have deepened as my clients have continued to embrace their true selves.

You might have experienced this yourself. You know how to do something without having studied the subject. Or you pick a new language very quickly as if you already knew it. Maybe you are traveling to a new location, and it feels so familiar, as if you have already been there. Or perhaps you meet someone new, and it feels like you’ve known each other for lifetimes – you pick up where you left off the last time.

I could give you thousands of real-life examples of people remembering how to do something that should take years to study or master.

Like my client, who has never studied astrology and then “suddenly” remembered the language of the stars after revisiting her past life as an Egyptian priestess. Sure, she later took courses in astrology to give her a background, but she has woven her own gifts into it that can’t be read from the books.

Or another client who remembered how to use herbs in healing others. This knowledge came after tapping into a medieval past lifetime as a witch. She began healing herself and her family using herb blends, which worked perfectly. In the end, she also studied the art of herbs and healing; however, it felt more like remembering than learning something new. So, it took her a considerably shorter time to actually master it.

The truth is that you’re not a newbie. You carry the wisdom of lifetimes that only await activation. The activation can happen through traveling to a new country, watching the sunset, and suddenly flooding in with knowing and wisdom, or it can look like revisiting your past lives. You never exactly know what activates the remembering of your true self, but as long as you follow what lights you up, it will happen and continue unfolding for the rest of your life.

5D Soul Time

How can you remember your true self, and what does it feel like? You can remember your true self because it exists in 5D time. This is the time when all possibilities and versions of events exist simultaneously. Therefore, when you “remember” a new skill, it’s because you’ve tapped into a timeline where you’ve always had that skill.

Everything your soul has ever lived through, all experiences, exists right now. There is no separation between where you are and where you desire to be. It’s a matter of attunement, a frequency shift that happens when you remember your true self.

Remembering your true self happens gradually, although it’s always profound and life-changing. It’s like remembering more and more the person you came here to be and who you’ve always been.

The truth is that you’re a masterpiece in the process of becoming, and the design of your piece of art has been sketched since the beginning of time. You can’t miss becoming who you’re meant to be. You’ve always been designed to achieve the highest refinement, like a diamond worked by a pair of skillful hands. And yet, to arrive at the place you’ve never truly left, you must sojourn on the pilgrimage of remembering your true self.

Remembering your true self feels like coming home within yourself.

With each piece of the puzzle of your true self, you feel more centered, whole, powerful, expanded, and loving. You need less and less external guidance because you know how to access your inherent wisdom. In my work, I offer the space and the guidance of someone who has likely been where you want to go, and my main aim is to help you remember your true self. When you do, I know you’ll always be alright because your soul can reach out to you to guide you in your steps. You never feel lost again.

How to Remember Your True Self

If you don’t know your purpose and what you truly desire, the first step is to let yourself get curious. Try new hobbies, visit new places, and notice what you like. When you encounter something meant for you, it will strike a deep chord in your heart. It will feel like homecoming, and you’ll have another piece of the puzzle of your true self.

You’re a collector, after all. Your true self has burst like a supernova into billions of sparks of light, which you’re collecting and putting into the correct place. When you meet those pieces of you, be they in different places, experiences, with your soul family, or past lives, you remember your true self.

When you remember your true self, your life shifts. Some of these shifts are profound. In a millisecond, the idea of who you are changes, becoming more expansive and truthful.

Some of these shifts feel like a trying series of mini-steps that move so slowly that you’re not sure if you ever get there. The only thing that matters is that you continue. If you’re reading these words, it tells me you don’t like to give up. You might convince yourself that you give up for a few moments, days, or weeks, but then you’re ready to dive even more deeply. And this is what sets you apart.

Explore Your True Self

All those experiences and everything your soul has ever experienced exist simultaneously in that soul time. And you can tap into it. There is so much richness and wisdom. On your soul level, there aren’t those minds.

Your soul is just collecting experiences through all those lifetimes. This is where you can start tapping into your gifts.

So, take the time to explore what truly calls your soul. What do you enjoy even if – especially if – it doesn’t bring you a direct benefit, but you do it just for the joy?

Exploring this and then taking action by devoting the time and resources to do that will bring you closer to remembering your true self.

On the other hand, forcing ourselves into something that is not meant for us keeps us from remembering our true selves. When something feels like a no, even though you don’t exactly know why, it means that thing isn’t a part of your timeline. It’s not meant for you.

You need to give space and cultivate what is rising within you. Your soul always wants to expand. It always wants more experiences and to tap into the richness of those so-called ‘previous’ experiences. It wants to continue its journey, evolving, educating, experiencing, and living. And it wants to do it through you.

Following what naturally rises within you is the key to remembering your true self. This taps you to your highest timelines—the ones meant for you. Reconnecting and remembering your true self will actually change your life—not overnight, but slowly and gradually. It will become your inner compass, building more self-trust and naturally translating into every area of your life.
