There is a roadmap to spiritual ascension, and it contains five stages that you move through as you actualize your highest potential. I’ve uncovered those five stages through my work and based on my past life memories. My life purpose is to help people elevate their consciousness to connect to their infinite essence. As we begin to remember our true selves, ascension is inevitable. It’s a law. Everyone will ascend sooner or later. However, there is a generation of lightworkers who pave the way – who go first. If you’re here, you’re one of them. And it’s crucial to understand how to master the five stages of spiritual ascension to activate your innate wisdom to guide you through them. A roadmap to spiritual ascension helps your consciousness focus on what to master at each level and differentiate from the ego traps along the way.
You’ve likely heard the term spiritual ascension many times. This has been the ultimate goal of all incarnations for the sages and mystics. The final exam before leaving the earthly plane of existence for good. Each master, religion, and thought movement has left cues, filling in a few missing pieces on ascending. It’s beautiful that we can connect worldwide and devote our hearts to spiritual ascension. This time is unprecedented in history because of the number of people who chose to ascend at this time. If your soul has chosen this, you know it deep within. Trust this knowing. And understand that every step on your journey, especially the challenging ones, helps you free yourself from illusions, which inevitably lead to ascension. It’s already given. On some level, it has already happened. Now, you just follow the steps.
Spiritual ascension requires a complete mastery over the 3D plane of existence.
Spiritual ascension isn’t something for just a few selected ones. We all ascend sooner or later. It can be in one lifetime or another, but we all do when the time is right.
Through spiritual ascension, we liberate ourselves from the confinements of the earthly plane. Most people hope that this is their last incarnation and that we liberate ourselves literally. But true liberation happens in our minds and hearts. When you realize your Spirit is stronger than any limitation, this is true freedom. When the soul transcends any circumstance through spiritual energy, you reach the highest form of self-mastery.
However, that doesn’t mean we escape challenging situations. Spiritual ascension is not about escaping the life your soul has chosen to experience; it’s about facing what it is and transcending it. It’s about not letting anything define you. It is about channeling your truest essence into this world, finding peace amidst any situation, and liberating yourself from ego illusions.
Spiritual ascension is an invisible process that everyone can feel.
Spiritual ascension is often a vague concept. We talk about it, but how is it done? Can you do something to contribute to this process that unfolds naturally? Where do you begin? And what do you do next? Your soul doesn’t need a guideline, but your mind does. You’re in the right place if you ever wonder about these questions.
It’s my purpose to bring people the roadmap for the elevation of consciousness, which is essentially what we call spiritual ascension. I could always see the pathway, and through my Mystery School of Remembrance, I could have tested it on many people, which allowed me to know that it works. I’ve created a framework, a staircase of ascension around it, and woven it into the structure of my Mystery School. And today, I want to share the key steps with you.
I’ve labeled each step with a term that people can resonate with. However, keep in mind it’s not the names I use that matter; it’s the essence of it that your soul inherently remembers.

As you read through the five stages of spiritual ascension, please remember that you may be moving back and forth between a couple of stages. This doesn’t mean that you move backward; rather, it means you’re learning to establish a new foundation within you. There will be a time when your default state isn’t phase zero or one but stage two or higher. This requires profound changes in your subtle energy and spiritual bodies to allow you to anchor in a higher dimensional energy.
There is a zero stage to spiritual ascension, a preparation that isn’t the actual ascension yet. It’s the inner child. This is the phase when our life decisions are driven by our inner child, whether we realize it or not. The moment you become aware of it and begin to work with your inner child, it’s a matter of time before you move to the first stage of the spiritual ascension, the Lightworker.
If we’re disconnected from our inner child and unaware of it driving our decisions, we often get caught up in the victim mentality and believe that everything happens to us, not for us. Therefore, we don’t know yet how to tap into our personal power to change our mindset and emotions. However, the moment we wake up, usually through some profound change, we enter the first stage of spiritual ascension.
The first stage of spiritual ascension is the lightworker stage. At this point, we begin to enter the astral realm more consciously, which allows us to start inner healing of the emotional body. Since we are more tuned into the astral energy, the main focus is manifestation. Everyone interested in the law of attraction and how to create their desired life is at the first stage of spiritual ascension.
At this stage, people typically experience a heart chakra awakening, often accompanied by the kundalini awakening. For some, this can manifest as meeting their soulmates or twin flames. This stage usually lasts very long because it creates romantic fantasies that can feel “spiritual,” but they are ego illusions we must let go of.
Whether you do it consciously or not, you always heal your ancestral lineage at this stage. Healing your bloodline happens through transmuting your own fears and limiting beliefs, which you share with your ancestors.
After you’ve done some level of ancestral healing and inner child healing, your soul invites you to explore your past lives. This is the gateway to the 5D consciousness and the entry point to the next stage of spiritual ascension.
At the Priest(ess) level of the spiritual ascension process, you focus on harmonizing the inner masculine and feminine energy. This further harmonizes the mind and the heart, which are the keys to ascension. As your inner queen and king reach a state of Sacred Union, your emotional and mental energy becomes stable. This allows you to focus your life force energy on your divine work.
At this point, you become well aware of your life’s calling if you haven’t already. And the call to devote your life to it becomes stronger than anything else.
The Priest(ess) is the vessel between the divine and the earthly realms. They are the house of your spiritual gifts; tapping into this aspect within you leads you to create from the soul. Unlike creating from the astral energy that could carry wounds and pain and channel them into the art, the Priest(ess) channels their creativity from the soul, bringing true healing to anyone who interacts with it.

By the time you reach the third stage of spiritual ascension, the Starseed level, you’ve already embodied your soul in the 3D. You’ve already activated Christ Consciousness and have merged with your Higher Self. Now is the time to merge with your multidimensional self, which unlocks your gifts and memories from other dimensions, usually in another star system. Therefore, you go through a Starseed awakening.
The biggest shift at this spiritual ascension level occurs in your subtle body and your Lightbody. The velocity and the speed of light within your energy and spiritual bodies increase tremendously.

The Spiritual Leader level of the spiritual ascension is fully anchored in the 6D consciousness. The 6D is the Middle Path that allows us to stay anchored and calm and not be as influenced by the swing of the pendulum of duality. At this level, the topics of integrity, leadership, and inner power are at the forefront of your attention. Even if you don’t lead in a typical way, others look up to you for inspiration and guidance. Since your aura has expanded and purified, other people trust you.
However, there are still fears that need to be worked on. As opposed to the Lightworker stage, at the Leader level, your fears are more collective than personal. They don’t take you out of your center, yet you need to look at your wounds around being seen, using your voice, to name a few.
Finally, we arrive at the fifth stage of spiritual ascension, the Master level. This is the place where the human meets the divine. It is the consciousness of ascended masters rooted in 8D and above.
At this point, it’s about refining yourself, your gifts, your energies. As you work with the collective, more people can plug into the field you’ve created and then co-create with them. People you never met receive insights, healings, and frequency upgrades from this field that can be generated because you chose leadership and mastery.
You can heal and shift without words, yet many people will want you to speak.
You’ll deepen your inner mastery—living as if there was no separation between you and God, manifesting real miracles. You’ll affect more of the collective field and create a pathway of ascension that people can tap into even thousands of years after you die.
