How to value yourself and get rid of the all limiting beliefs about your capabilities, strengths, and value?

Knowing your self-worth is a crucial step to live an abundant life. If you feel worthless or not good enough, you naturally reject anything good that is coming to your life.

If someone tells you that you’re an amazing being, you won’t believe it. Better said, you can’t believe it because your mindset is set up to judge anything positive about yourself as a lie.

No matter how much evidence about your value there is, it won’t make you feel different. Since the only change comes from the inside.

 

How to value yourself

1. Examine what you think about yourself

Ask yourself what you think about yourself. Take some time and write all your answers down. Don’t hold anything back. You have to get brutally honest with yourself (here are 15 questions to help you).

 

2. Examine your core belief

Ask yourself a simple question; do you believe that you deserve to be happy, wealthy, loved, or have the life that you want? Do you think that you deserve it?

If the answer is no, you have to give yourself permission to be happy. It may take time. A good starting point is to play with the idea: what if you would deserve it. What if you could value yourself – how would your life change? Be gentle and move slowly into a new mindset.

 

3. Tap into the frequencies of how to value yourself. 

Ask yourself, what you would do differently if you would know, without the shadow of a doubt, that you have self-worth from now on regardless of anyone or anything else. What if the universe would grant this unshakable assurance of your value to you?

Describe in great detail how your life would be different. How would you think? What would you do? How would you talk? What kind of job would you have? What kind of relationship would you have?

 

4. Exercise the frequencies of how to value yourself

Reread your answers and feel into them. Repeat this exercise before going to sleep and as the first thing in the morning. Before you know it, you’ll vibrate with the brand new frequencies of self-worth.

Guess what is next? Your whole world will shift and reflect your perception of yourself to you.
